U.S. Congress Declares War On American Citizens

The United States House of Representatives today passed HR3962, the Pelosi health care act.  This bill is designed to take away the rights of the American citizens and violates the United States Constitution.  This is a direct attack on the American people and their rights and privacy and we should not stand for it.

The Democratic party, DNC, has violated the oath of office and have declared war.  If our founding fathers were alive today, they would not be sending out faxes or emails, they would be up in arms destroying these anti-freedom liberals who are hell bent on attacking our freedoms and ruling us, not represesenting us.

It sickens me that we have come down to this and have allowed special interest groups, foreignors and illegal aliens take a great stand in our country causing us to become an even more weakened.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH HR 3962

Tom Winter, editor of Human Events, describes the threat of Obama/Reid/PelosiCare:

MEDICARE WILL BE SLASHED. To pay for his government healthcare behemoth, Obama admits he'll have to cut $500 billion from Medicare. How can he chop that much without reducing medical services to seniors? He can't. It's fiscally impossible. Medicare services will have to be cut.

YOU'LL LOSE YOUR CURRENT COVERAGE. Truth is, Obama's plan is designed to eliminate employer coverage. He's acknowledged it, but only to fellow liberals. When the "public option" forces private insurers out of the market, odds are you'll be shoved into a government plan.

YOU'LL LOSE YOUR CURRENT DOCTOR. Once the government plan is reality and you've been forced to participate, it's a virtual certainty you'll lose your doctor. ILLEGALS WILL GET FREE HEALTHCARE. Despite what Obama says, none of the Democratic bills prohibits coverage for illegal aliens and all Republican attempts to exclude such coverage for illegals have been rejected.

OBAMACARE WILL BANKRUPT AMERICA. Universal healthcare will add at least $1 trillion to the already mind-boggling deficit. Obama claims "eliminating waste and fraud" will save money -- a laughable assertion, since when has the government ever decreased its spending? In the end, Obama will slash Medicare and raise taxes, pleading he had no choice.

OBAMACARE WILL PAY FOR ABORTIONS. Obama calls this a "lie." But all Democratic plans call for payments for "reproductive services," a well-known euphemism for abortion. Plus, Obama's minions in Congress have rebuffed all amendments prohibiting coverage for abortions. You be the judge. What are the Democrats trying to hide?

PRO-ABORTION, PRO-DEATH

A few dozen pro-life Democrats in Congress are on the edge about taxpayer dollars paying for abortions and pro-death consultations, which, no matter what you've heard, are still in HR 3962.

HR 3962 contains two clear end-of-life provisions -- including one that requires insurance companies to distribute advance directives and other planning tools to all who are insured on the new government-run exchange. These advance directives, by default, deny patients food and water if they become unconscious, just like California's government-drafted living wills. (This is why you need the protection of the pro-life "Will to Live.")

The other provision allows Medicare reimbursement for optional end-of-life planning consultation, which claims to ban "assisted suicide," but does not prohibit "palliative sedation," which leads death by dehydration.

ABORTION FUNDING IN HR 3862

HR 3962 explicitly allows federal funding of abortion through the public option, and permit federal subsidies to go to private insurance plans that cover abortion.

According to House Republican Leader John Boehner, the government-run health care bill being considered in Congress would include "a monthly abortion premium ... [to] be charged of all enrollees in the government-run plan."

Boehner states, "Section 213 [of the bill] describes the process in which the Health Benefits Commissioner is to assess the monthly premiums that will be used to pay for elective abortions under the government-run plan.  The Commissioner must charge at a minimum 1$ per enrollee per month."

THE ELLSWORTH DECEPTION

Unfortunately, a fake pro-life amendment by Democrat Brad Ellsworth of Indiana is being pushed to try to round up votes from "pro-life Democrats."

However, pro-life groups across the country say Ellsworth's proposal is a sham.  Douglas Johnson, legislative director for the National Right to Life Committee, says House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Obama administration are desperately trying to undercut Congressman Bart Stupak (D-Michigan) and other pro-lifers who want to pass an amendment barring abortion funding.

"How do they do that?  By coming up with some phony baloney language and finding some pro-life guy who's willing to play along and be the front man," explains Johnson. "And unfortunately Mr. Ellsworth has been drawn into that role."

Johnson says Ellsworth's amendment not only keeps abortion in the bill, but it also adds insult to injury.

"He actually writes…he would write into the bill a provision where the federal Secretary of Health would have to pay a private contractor to make the payments to the abortionists.  Now, that's a money laundering scheme," he contends.  "It's still the federal government, the federal government taking federal government money and paying the abortionists for abortion on demand, and somehow he thinks that they can claim it's not the federal government if the federal official has to hire somebody to deliver the payment."

They can't do anything in the polling booth, they have to steal it. They can't even get things through Congress, they have to use methods that are for constitutional budgets such as cloture.

They have to hide and steal money to buy elections and use the media as a State run entity to lie to the American public. They have to keep forcing homosexual agendas down our throats and make them a protected class of citizens while indoctrinating our children.

They have to use foreign money to win elections and hide the money where it came from but yet if any American citizen has a foreign bank account, you are considered a criminal.

They consider Palestine a people and nation and Hezbollah and Hamas kindred brothers and sisters in need of their rightful homeland allowing them to murder innocent people to do it and letting them get away with it while in fact they are not even a nation or a people, they are left-overs of Jordan and Egypt and those people did not even want them back after the war they started with Israel. There is no legitimate claim whatsoever for these people. There can be NO STATE for Palestine.

They consider Iran a friendly nation with the right to produce a nuclear bomb dead set on destroying Israel as just the beginning of their current and future agendas of mass destruction.

They continue to set themselves aside as the elite and never listen to the people and turn on our nation and call it shit and shame on all of us for being the best.

They continue to weaken our nation, undermine our troops and cause our dollar and economy to become non-existent and while causing millions and millions to loose their jobs and having caused the housing market on purpose to take advantage of a catastrophe.

Today, the United States was given a preempted strike by liberals in Europe to silence us and make a person with no credentials accept a million dollar paycheck while George W. When Russia decides to invade Europe, let them have it. Let them take it all. Let Europe fight their own wars from now on.

Rhetoric And Fraud

"Hubris-laden charlatans" was the way a recent e-mail from a reader characterized the Obama administration. That phrase seems especially appropriate for the Charlatan-in-Chief, Barack Obama, whose speech to a joint session of Congress was both a masterpiece of rhetoric and a shameless fraud.

To tell us, with a straight face, that he can insure millions more people without adding to the already skyrocketing deficit, is world-class chutzpa and an insult to anyone's intelligence. To do so after an analysis by the Congressional Budget Office has already showed this to be impossible reveals the depths of moral bankruptcy behind the glittering words.

Did we really need CBO experts to tell us that there is no free lunch? Some people probably did and the true believers in the Obama cult may still believe the President, instead of believing either common sense or budget experts.

Even those who can believe that Obama can conjure up the money through eliminating "waste, fraud and abuse" should ask themselves where he is going to conjure up the additional doctors, nurses, and hospitals needed to take care of millions more patients.

If he can't pull off that miracle, then government-run medical care in the United States can be expected to produce what government-run medical care in Canada, Britain, and other countries has produced-- delays of weeks or months to get many treatments, not to mention arbitrary rationing decisions by bureaucrats.

Obama can deny it in words but what matters are deeds-- and no one's words have been more repeatedly the direct opposite of his deeds-- whether talking about how his election campaign would be financed, how he would not rush legislation through Congress, or how his administration was not going to go after CIA agents for their past efforts to extract information from captured terrorists.

President Obama has also declared emphatically that he will not interfere in the internal affairs of other nations-- while telling the Israelis where they can and cannot build settlements and telling the Hondurans whom they should and should not choose to be their president.

One of the secrets of being a glib talker is not getting hung up over whether what you are saying is true, and instead giving your full attention to what is required by the audience and the circumstances of the moment, without letting facts get in your way and cramp your style. Obama has mastered that art.

Con men understand that their job is not to use facts to convince skeptics but to use words to help the gullible to believe what they want to believe. No message has been more welcomed by the gullible, in countries around the world, than the promise of something for nothing. That is the core of Barack Obama's medical care plan.

President Obama tells us that he will impose various mandates on insurance companies but will not interfere with our free choice between being insured by these companies or by the government. But if he can drive up the cost of private insurance with mandates and subsidize government insurance with the taxpayers' money, how long do you think it will be before we have the "single payer" system has he has advocated in the past?

Mandates by politicians are what have driven up the cost of insurance already. Politicians love to play Santa Claus and leave it to others to raise prices to cover the inevitable costs.

Politicians have driven privately owned municipal transit systems out of business in many cities, by simply imposing costs and restricting the fare increases needed to cover those costs. The federal government can drive out private insurance the same way that local politicians have driven out private municipal transit and replaced it with government-run transit systems.

Barack Obama's insistence that various dangerous policies are not in the legislation he proposes sounds good but means nothing. Unbridled power is a blank check, no matter what its rationale may be. No law gave the President of the United States the power to fire the head of General Motors, but TARP money did.

When there are "advisory" panels on what treatments to approve and the White House's existing medical advisor has complained of Americans' "over-utilization" of medical care, what does it take to connect the dots?

A True American Hero

Congressman Joe Wilson was the ONLY Republican with balls! He pointed out with a loud SHOUT from his lungs, which were OUR voices as ONE to inform this fake president of his lies and outright theft of the American economy and to ensure illegals get citizenship.

Now, current Republicans are speaking out against one of their own about his behavior. How dare them. We need new conservatives and better congressman and congresswomen who do not put down their own. It's time for new leadership.

Shame on the Republicans for turning on Joe Wilson. He's the New Joe the Plumber. Obama is a fake, fraud and liar to the tilt and last nights address was a shame to the House and Senate floors. He spoke like a true socialist and dictator that he wants to be.

Republicans can now look forward to no more money, no more support from the membership. I am now canceling my membership to the RNC. Chairman Steele better get his microphone turned on in support of Joe Wilson and do it fast or he will start to loose membership.

Joe! Never apologize! You gave in. Shame on you for doing that. What you did was right but now you gave in. This is so terrible. Republican leadership needs to get out and we need to vote them out.

How to take back the country

We are at a tremendous opportunity now to take back the country and basically place Obama in a position of not being able to do anything, a first term lame duck president.

This means we need to take back the Congress and now is the time to do it. When we do it, we can literally STOP all payouts of all the programs and including paying the salaries of the czars who are political appointees designed to bypass the Congress, our representatives.

Conservatives and everyone who has started to realize that 'hope' and 'change' were nothing more than a smoke screen to lie, cheat and steal our lives and future lives of generations to come, we can do it! When 2010 comes, ensure that you vote for everyone other than those with a (D) after their names. Basically, only with an (R). Let's crush the socialists and media elites. They are all traitors to this nation.

I'm sure you remember what we use to do with traitors. I wish that were true today.

Obama is finally dropping in the polls

I have to say that we are now witnessing the fall of Obama and his ratings. It's good to see that finally Americans are waking up to the fact that Hollywood introduced drama and make-believe of someone as a superstar to play the role of President of the United States is in fact, pure fantasy and is wrong for our nation.

This man is more than likely not a citizen of the United States and he's an idiot to say the least. He's not even half-black, he's 1/4 percent black. So why all the fuss from the black Americans that we finally have a "black" president? Just like the media, they too refuse to hear and know the truth.

Has this man actually done anything for them let alone for the whole country except lie, get us into extreme high debt and cause this country to suffer to decades to come? This on-the-job-training is a disaster for us to allow such a person to be in control of our armed forces and country. It's very dangerous.

Because of his current role and what he is doing, we're starting to see ratings plummet and take a dive. We need to have a revolution in this country again that takes back everything we stand for and get rid of the ACLU and many others that corrupt our great nation. I don't care how its done, but we need change we can believe in.

How I Would Describe An Obama Presidency

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old rancher, who's hand was caught in the gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually, the topic got around to Obama and his bid to be our president.

The old rancher said, 'Well, ya know, Obama is a 'Post Turtle''.

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was.

The old rancher said, 'When your driving down a country road, and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a 'post turtle''.

The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain, 'You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, and he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, and you just wonder what kind of dumbass put him up there to begin with'.
