The San Joaquin Republican Party - A Good'ole Boys Club

I'm not one to participate in actual party politics but when the San Joaquin Republican Party had its meeting this week and invited all Republican candidates from across the board who live and are running for office in San Joaquin County to stop by and ask for their endorsement, I have to wonder just who are they planning on endorsing this time around?

The established people in that party are all brown noses.  There, I said it.  Let's face it, look at the Speaker Serious Chair, she also happens to belong to the CRA (California Republican Assembly) who happened to endorse a liberal in the last election.

These people float from one boat to the next attempting to figure out who they should support because of the strong capability of winning an election, not of who the person is and whether or not they are a strong conservative or Republican.  In this election people want new blood because the incumbents are through.  They are all washed up and people have seen the money and outside interests control them for too long.

Let's take Vince Hernandez for example.  I've been told that the San Joaquin Republican Party has decided NOT to endorse him this year.  Why?  It's obvious, Vince Hernandez is all washed up, he's late late night news now and has been a developers whore for too many years and its come back to bite him in the ass.  It was also mentioned that he wants to seek higher office after this election.  I don't think so.  He's not someone who has something to market from the Manteca City Council.

As with each passing day the incumbents are realizing their value and its becoming clear that it has become less and less, just like the San Joaquin Republican Party.  They endorse one conservative candidate Richard Behling, but they don't endorse the other, Samuel Anderson.  What hypocrites they are.

Even though Samuel Anderson does not accept endorsements or actively go after them, he still is one of the hardest working candidates for election onto the city council.  He has been on target with his predictions since 2006 and finally the people are waking up to it and yet we still see petty little politics from those who think they have a say in it but actually don't.  This is the year of the people and the people are bypassing the RNC, DNC and any other party out there to place their candidate in office because they just don't listen.

We've had enough.  And we've all had enough of the San Joaquin Republican Party.  I'd like to see them get it right this time around, but with that  membership who got their faces slapped by Mr. Anderson back in 2006 for their mistake probably feels they can do it again to him, but I will tell you now, Mr. Anderson is above this and will prevail and to those who snub now, watch out later, it will come back to bite you.  He doesn't need you and neither do all of us...the people.
