McNerney Casts A Vote To Commit High-Crimes And Treason Against The United States

With the final tally of 224-206 Congressman Jerry McNerney commits a crime of treason against the Constitution forcing Americans to purchase insurance or go to prison if you don't.  This vote also increases more taxes on all of us and especially in San Joaquin County and the City of Manteca where our taxes are already at 10% just to purchase anything in the city.

Our national debt is now past the stratosphere with 2.5 Trillion dollars more in debt.  Either we pay this tax that does not even take affect until 2014, more than likely 2017 as the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has stated or we become criminals and with Gestapo agents from the IRS knocking down our doors to either pay up or get sent to prison.

Jerry McNerney is a traitor to this nation and should be treated as such.  He is a pimped out whore of the DNC and man-whore of Nancy Pelosi.  Shame on this traitor and evil wicked person.  He's bad for California and a danger to the entire country.

Foxnews40 presented a Rasmussen poll on Californian's and 79% of Californian's DO NOT want this health care vote.  We want Congress to start over and get it right, not take over our lives.  Jerry McNerney has not heard who he serves, the people and not the DNC, George Soros and all other fascist criminals in Washington.

Traitor Jerry McNerney Is Setting Up To Vote 'Yes' On Illegal Health Care

Representative of District 11 Jerry McNerney is placing an illegal vote on socialism this Sunday and will fail this community and district again.  He has voted with Pelosi every single vote and is a traitor to this nation.  Any representative in congress who votes on this illegal take-over is a traitor to this nation.  It makes me sick and Manteca does not wish to see his face ever again in our city.

DNC and Whitehouse Furiously Working and Promising Jobs to House Reps in Exchange for Vote on Healthcare

The political elite and the DNC along with their strong financial supporters are promising jobs for those house democrats committing a Blagojevich Maneuver who offer their 'yes' vote on the current health care debacle bill being illegally forced on the American people.

Staffers and high ranking individuals in all areas of private sector and secretly public sector positions are promising to give to all those who will loose in the November 2 elections jobs that will keep them in the money and along with it, bonuses and perks.

America has been bought and paid for by foreign investors such as George Soros and those hell bent on destroying this nation.  It's time to put your congressman on the line and demand a 'NO' vote on this massive intrusion in our lives and personal doctors.

It is being said that Jerry McNerney is being offered a position in the energy sector for his vote.  He has already sold his vote in the last house floor vote and says he is on the sideline right now.  However, online sources are saying his is waiting for confirmation in order to sell his vote, or committing a Blagojevich Maneuver.

John Diaz of Manteca Is Running For City Congress

In typical Democratic rhetoric and let's place a higher tax on the people of Manteca to get things done, John Diaz mortgage broker is using the race ticket to bait Mantecans into voting for him. His website states everything of a typical tax and spend liberal with increased taxes to hand out to those who are not white.

In a city election what matters most? All citizens (At least those who vote). It doesn't matter what race you are. In this case, John Diaz wants to promote more programs for minorities, more businesses for minorities, more welfare programs which means MORE taxes. If my memory serves me correctly, Manteca has quite a few businesses that are considered minority. In typical Democratic fashion he cries foul.

Is he crazy? You be the judge. Manteca is the highest taxed city in San Joaquin County. John Diaz's site does not even come close to what the city is in need of. He speaks about the following and I quote:

"Create programs, such as adult school after work English classes, Basic Business Principles Classes, etc. that will help educate minorities."

"creation of a new policy that will promote and provide better opportunities for women and minority owned businesses will be one of my top priorities."

"we must invest in education of all races."

"Public Schools must not take part in teachings of any religions."

"Through my office, at a Local level, I would encourage my fellow City Council Members to put this issue in the forefront of our agenda and demand Congress to provide common-sense solutions."

"Provide funding to private and public school institutions in order to stimulate the creation of programs."

"Provide incentives to local business owners that will provide financial support to such programs."

"I am for reforming the current ‘No Child Left Behind Plan,' I will support increasing the funding."

This might sound stupid, but John Diaz needs to be running for Congress, not Manteca City Council. Manteca doesn't need funding of social projects. Manteca doesn't need someone who thinks he can run his position like a congressman. His projects and programs are geared for those who want handouts. Manteca does NOT WANT TO BECOME A WELFARE CITY. John Diaz has it all backwards. As a candidate for city council John Diaz plans to change the Family City into more taxed, over taxed and expensive to live.

To suggest that the foreclosure crisis is 'unquestionably serious', John Diaz should look in the mirror and reflect on his involvement as a mortgage broker that helped contribute to the bankrupt developers, banks, home-owners, defaulted loans and much more. Furthermore, using race as a tactic to obtain votes is hypocrytical. We don't need people who are out of touch with all Americans and place them in ethnic groups.

Manteca does not need a man who will represent only those who want handouts and freebies. At our current levels we need to be cutting taxes and watching our spending. Jerry McNerney and John Diaz have a lot in common. Not even most Democrats want more taxes, yet he wants to increase taxes to levels that would be disastrous and out-of-touch with Mantecans in a State that has already over-spent and increased our taxes and wants to increase it more.

Does Manteca want to become a hub for welfare recipients and vagrants? We have enough crime and enough problems. Social programs such as his would ruin Manteca and bring down the value of our homes, neighborhoods, schools and businesses. Manteca will not be able to attract those who wish to raise their children in an atmosphere of safe neighborhoods and free of welfare handouts and more section 8 housing. His beliefs are not in line with Manteca.

5. No Support of our Military
6. More Spending on Social Programs
7. No Religion in Schools Whatsoever

Manteca needs to decide on this candidate and I already have. Visit his website and see for yourself. John Diaz does not have the background experience that Manteca needs for a city councilman. Do not vote for John Diaz. Manteca does not need a more tax and spend liberal on the city council. Playing the race card is not and acceptable method of gaining votes or popularity.

Tax and Spend Liberals Tend to Stick Together

Manteca City Councilman Steve DeBrum and Jack Snyder both have campaigned for Manteca's half-cent tax increase to place Manteca as the highest tax paying city in San Joaquin County. Not only did Steve DeBrum and Jack Snyder vote for this tax increase, Steve DeBrum was on the committee for the tax increase, something Jerry McNerney is proud of since he voted for three tax increases and bringing back the marriage penalty, death tax and many others.

This is typical of tax and spend liberals and while both Candidates Steve DeBrum and Jack Snyder are running at Republicans, they both are not fiscally responsible and do not support the conservative values of cutting taxes and limiting spending. The City of Manteca is currently 8.8 million dollars in debt.

Where we need to be concerned about is how they are going to be endorsed by the various organizations and political parties. The way it works is if you are a paying member of the party, and you are an incumbent, generally you will be endorsed. Honestly, the parties on both sides need to start cleaning house and get rid of those who vote for the members only. They have no clue to any of the others who show true Reagan Conservative values such as Samuel Anderson. He has said, 'no' to the establishment and has gone door-to-door garnering votes from every registered voter in Manteca.

What's troubling is the Manteca Bulletin and Sun Post have yet to write about the candidates with seven weeks left until the election except to take responses from Samuel Anderson and turn it into a letter to the editor including changing around his response in order to make his position look bad among voters. Where are you newspapers? How come you are not writing about the candidates? Is it because you don't have qualified reporters to do it right? I can believe that. Ben Marrone (Sun Post) is in my opinion the only well qualified journalist and man of his word from what I hear. Great job, Ben!

Last night was the South San Joaquin Republicans meeting with Frank Aquila. This man has it right and he's got the right stuff for the county as a whole including what the city of Manteca needs since he resides in Manteca. His organization has stepped up the values of the conservative base as well as set his city on fire for bringing more awareness to its citizens that we (Manteca) are the Family City. A Family City is a city with values, family values that are an American tradition of Christian values including values of several cultures that make up the family across the world. Job well-done, Frank!

Several candidates joined with Frank Aquila themed Dean Andal Night. Dean shined and delivered a short and to-the-point conservative family values to the citizens that showed up in record numbers, again, something that proves Frank must be doing something right. Everyone agreed that Sara Palin has rocked the house and shook up the establishment and it's so good that McCain is able to campaign as a Presidential candidate while his Vice-Presidential candidate is the one fighting Presidential candidate Barack Obama. It's so laughable because it shows how his inexperience glows more than his halo around his head. Joe Biden? Where is he? If anyone finds him, please let me know.

Out of the Manteca City Council candidates only Steve DeBrum and Samuel Anderson showed up. Debby Moorhead had briefly shown up and then left after about two minutes. Again, a poorly run campaign and very dysfunctional at best. As for the others, they were a no-show. I have some sound advice for the rest of you candidates and political bone-heads, Frank Aquila's group is the largest and most organized and most written about and happens to be in your city. You had better get to know him well and spend some time at his events if you ever want to keep your seats because eventually it will catch up to you.

Our city has been hijacked by the current council and paid off by the developers and contractors who work on the projects they vote for. They have increased our taxes and gotten us in debt. It's time for the truth to come out and we need a change. I personally want Samuel Anderson for our Mayor, but I'm willing to get him into the council first and let's make him the Pro-tem. That is Vice-Mayor for those who don't know this. The one with the most votes in the election obtains this position for the next two years.

Steve DeBrum and Jack Snyder are both tax and spend liberals who voted for the increase we have in Manteca and are responsible for the debt we are in. Jerry McNerney's record is in line with these two councilman and this is the reason why they have raised a record amount of contributions from developers and contractors to fight off the people trying to get them out of office. I have yet to hear from the others, but again, Samuel Anderson is still going door-to-door with his platform of reform and change for the better.
