I started watching the hit reality show 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' and I do have my personal thoughts about it, but I'm going to keep those to myself because all I want to be is open about it.
As entertainment I think it's a good show and for what it is these girls are all hot! I mean, REALLY HOT!!! (NOTE: leaving out the kiddies) Legal women only. Even the mother is hot, for her age, Bruce, you've completed a marathon with another gold medal, buddy!
One episode I watched was when Khloe was putting herself down because she is fat. My thoughts are PHAT, but take them anyway you want it (yes, I love Journey music). Khloe needs to realize that she's in a position that takes time to continue her stairway to heaven to beauty. Those who have the beauty now will be working much harder later on in life to keep it. Those who blossom late and take much time have much more time to enjoy it later on with less work.
I couldn't help realizing that she wanted to get some fat suction off her body, etc...What she needs to do is just push ups and sit ups. Don't do the military push ups, sit on your knees and go down, not with your feet and toes on the ground like a private in boot camp. Just the act of you continuing this on a daily basis will get rid of those flabby arms., TRUST ME. I know you can do it and I know you have time to do it because I see you sitting around at times with nothing to do. Take some of those minutes and turn them into push ups. Each day add a couple more, that's all there is to it. Soon, you will be doing 100 at a time without stopping and will feel better and stronger and won't even be out of breathe and all it took was just a couple of minutes.
The next hurdle is sit ups. Just start out with what you can do each day, not a full sit up, just the crunch, starting out with ten, then 15 the next day and so on. Within one month, you can do 500 per day, 150 at a time without stopping and believe me, your abs will be ROCK (N' ROLL) HARD.
I have new name for Khloe. It's K-low! K with the 'h' silent. So there you have it, Khloe...you have a new name from me, K-loe. There's now a new foxy line up to the J-lo's, and the others, don't care to give them any press here, this is K-loe's day.
